“Instagram shout-out” means one dedicated post on the CEB organization account; a story frame normally runs for 24 hours. Banner artwork is supplied by the business or prepared by CEB from approved assets. Packages do not include guaranteed reach, leads, sales, or category exclusivity. Physical field banners, uniforms, and team-account posts require a separate agreement and venue approval.

to activation.
- Tell us your goal. Share your business, preferred package, and timing.
- Agree on the details. Confirm inventory, dates, content, and payment in writing.
- See your business go live. After approval and the required payment, we activate your placements and schedule your social features.

Before we team up.
Is this a charitable donation?
Camarillo Elite Baseball does not have 501(c)(3) status. These packages purchase advertising services and are not offered as tax-deductible charitable donations. Consult your tax adviser about business-expense treatment.
Can I support a particular team?
Tell us which team interests you. Any team designation and use of funds must be agreed in writing before purchase. Advertising does not affect player selection or playing time.
What do I need to supply?
Your approved business name, logo, website, short description, and contact person. Profile packages can include an approved offer with clear terms and an expiration date.
Do I get family contact information?
No. CEB publishes the advertising. Families choose whether to visit your website or contact your business.
When does the partnership start?
Your 12-month term begins on the activation date in the agreement. Asking about a package does not reserve a placement or create a payment obligation. Renewals require a new agreement.
